When she’d heard news of a new game store opening up, Ryou had immediately got ahold of the address, feeling compelled to check it out if only for the sheer nostalgia. Besides, she did still have a sweet spot for tabletop rpg’s, and maybe if she got some new dice she could convince a friend or two to play a game with her.

She had just walked into the store and gently closed the door behind her when she heard a familiar voice ring out, turning her head towards the source. In the empty store Otogi stood with her back to Ryou, and - much to her amusement - seemed to be practicing pickup lines. Bad pickup lines, at that.

Listening in silence for long enough to catch several, a very cheesy one along the lines of ‘if you’re feeling down, I can feel you up’ startled her into laughter, one hand rising to her mouth.

"I see you haven’t changed much since I last saw you," Ryou chirped, amusement still very evident in her voice.

Otogi was bored and it was a slow day in her shop. She had set her assistant home as she didn't want to deal with her whining. She was practicing some bad pick up lines because why not? She had nothing better to do at the moment and she was pretty sure that she'd hear anyone coming into the shop.

Unless that person was part ninja. She looked back at the girl "And you seem to be as stealthy as ever. Are you practicing to be an assassin?" She asked as she turned herself around, a smile on her face as she watched the girl. It was nice to see the other woman again, it had been far to long, though it was mainly due to her avoiding people.

"Have you come for anything for for your Table Top games? Or have you come to be hit on" Otogi asked with a playful wink as she looked at the other girl.

"What’s it about? The box isn’t very descriptive." She inquired, interested in this new game.

Otogi stared at her like she had grown a third head “…. Then you must have grabbed the wrong box. The boxes of my game have a clear description on it” Otogi said, looking a bit miffed

She looked her straight in the eye and said in a deadpan voice. ”..I can’t read kanji. The D&D box was in English. This is kanji. Which I cannot read.”

".... All of the items are written Kanji. This is an Japanese store. If you want things written in English then I'll have to special order then" Otogi said as she watched the woman. She wasn't sure how she functioned in Japan is she couldn't read what everything is written in.

Otogi stared at her for a moment. She looked like that Egyptian man that came after her sister during battle city but she couldn’t think that they were the same person. The man was full of confidence and seemed more of a reader then anything.

"Oook" She said before she went back to reorganizing her store.

She wandered around to other parts of the store, looking at other table-top RPGs. "Dungeon Dice Monsters…?" This one looked interesting, to say the least. It wasn’t an RPG, but it did look interesting.

Otogi twitched. Why the hell was that over there? That did not belong in the table top rpg area. They pretty ass was going to get kicked to the moon. She went over as she moved the display as she said "It's a game that I made, though it doesn't belong in this area"

Her head shot up when she heard her voice, startled.

"Uh-um....Yes...Thank you."

Otogi stared at her for a moment. She looked like that Egyptian man that came after her sister during battle city but she couldn't think that they were the same person. The man was full of confidence and seemed more of a reader then anything.

Grins for a second or two before pouncing on the girl. "Heyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy there Otogi.." ((for give him he hasn't seen in her soooo long))

Otogi squealed unintentionally in surprise as she fell over with the blonde on her “… As much as I don’t mind the idea of you on top of me, What the hell Jou?”

"Yes well forgive me for not being able to deal with my relations dropping off the face of the earth" Otogi said as she looked away from the blonde, more annoyed with herself then anything else. She must be broken in some serious way though she supposed that she always knew that.

Jou blinked at that, realizing he hadn’t seen much of any of the Honda’s save for his own. “I’m sorry..” he trailed off, moving to give her a hug. Mentally he was wanting to hurt certain peoples very badly. Though this he kept bottled up as now wasn’t the time to be temperamental.

Otogi just waved off his apology as she did let him hug her. Afterwards she put on a smile and said “It’s fine, Obviously I’m just not meant to have that kind of relationship” She said with a light shrug as she looked off. She should have known better anyways.

Jou would hug her for a bit before slowly letting go, “that’s not true, you are a wonderful person…. You really are and Deserve to be happy…..” he pointed out. Repeating his words more than once making sure at least one time her eyes had met his. “Don’t make me put on a perade cause you know I will…”

"No thank you. I'm not sure what type of parade you'd put on though if your cosplay fetish got into it ... maaaaybe it wouldn't be so bad" Otogi said as she decided to distract away from the current topic by poking at something she was pretty sure was a fetish of his.

Jou grinned giving her a bit of a nuzzle, the kind he gives his bro. “I just missed yeah…. a lot’s happened sense last time I saw you…. and well…. just where the Hell have you been?” he asked moving to get off her but he didn’t spare her a pout.

"I’ve… just been deal with things on my own again. It’s not a big deal at all" Otogi said as she watched him to get off of her. She grabbed his pants to help get her ass off the ground before she dusted herself off "Sorry I worried the puppy~"

"…. I see… sorry…. if you need help you can always come to me…" Jou uttered now feeling horrible for being so upset with her. Blinking he moved to help her stand trying his best not to clunk heads with her. "It’s alright… I just… don’t like it when I don’t know what’s going on with my friends…. " he commented rubbing the back of his head.

She sat at the back of the Black Crown Game store, reading the box of an older D&D campaign. It was one she didn’t own yet, and she was thinking about getting it. Of course, the line at the front desk looked really long, so she decided to wait it out in this corner of older, less played games. She was completely unaware of the woman approaching, lost in her own thoughts.

Otogi was checking on the woman in the corner of the shop. She was going to kick her assistant's ass over her pretty head because the D&D things didn't belong in the corner. She prided herself on having in stock all the dice related games that she could and D&D was rather popular. Plus she wouldn't want to let Ryou down and be lacking the next thing she wanted to buy.

"Having fun in the corner?" She asked as she started to reorganize things so that they were properly displayed.
