Horror stories about Rathaus Neukölln waiting times were but fiction – very aware to be a part of the lucky few. 

A mix of grandeur and utilitarian government building was a good experience (memories of hospital and school merge). The wonderful red staircase rail and aqua trim doors topped off with some pretty nice lighting choices.
