Try to walk around your neighborhood or the mall. That helps a whole lot. You must walk for a long time though like for an hr or more. Good luck.

Braxton Hicks

I thought what I was having before was braxton hicks. What I’m having Now at 34/35 weeks (doc is still not sure about due date) is much stronger. Braxton Hicks is like a menstrual cramp, a painful tightness. It just strikes at any time. But I find if I drink some water or change positions in bed or walk around the room for a sec I feel better. Also I close my eyes, breathe and try to relax and channel my energy to the cramp. But I’m thinking, oh if this is pre labor what is the Labor gonna be like. Geeeeeshhhh. I’m getting ready tho. 6 to 5 more weeks left, or less. I talk to her everyday, play classical for her through my belly buds and rub my belly constantly. Can’t wait to meet my baby soon :)

Feeling so low this evening. I have no friends literally. I have no one to talk to at all. I only have my bf and my grandma. But everyone else has isolated me. I don't want a baby shower. I don't want to be around ppl who look down on me. I wish I could call the baby shower off. I'm so sad tonight.
