Didn't your mother ever teach you..if you don't have anything nice to say put your mouth on a dick.
My wonderful husband
I’ve watched this at least 200 times
Yesterday our new baby, Quincy, arrived! She's a beauty! 1941 Chrysler Windsor Sedan! I'm so excited to have her back into working condition!
My dad isn't expected to live through summer and it has always been a dream of his to go to Florida. If you can help him please do. Every amount is greatly appreciated.
I'm currently experiencing the worst cold of my life. I've coughed so hard I pinched a nerve, temporarily lost part of my vision, and it has extended my period 3 days. I'm so miserable right now. 9 days sick is too long.

Occhiolism: The awareness of the smallness of your perspective.
omg this is a goldmine <3
It's really weird to hear my husband say I don't live here but it's true. I'm temporarily living 2.5 hours away for a job. Best job experience of my life but I won't really be able to see my family until the end of March. I'm so glad he's so supportive of this job.
So as I was sanding some wood for this job I began to pay close attention to the grains and all the details. It instantly reminded me of stretch marks in a good way. The beauty, story, and how graceful both are. Mothers remember stretch marks are apart of your journey through life. They are magical and full of memories. Never let anyone tell you any different. Love yourself and embrace your body's story.
Today's walk. The most I've walked in a very long time. I'm making 12,008 steps my new goal. I'm so grateful for this job opportunity and to be staying 2 blocks from the beach. Three months of paradise with interior design work. I can get used to this.
Pretty excited to my the beach my home for the next three months.
So I took a three month job in Pismo doing interior design. I'll only be able to see my husband and son on the weekends. But since our business has been slow and I was just hit with some hard news about my dad I need to make some extra cash so I can fly out to Idaho to see him before it's too late. He was diagnosed with cancer. He's had a tumor behinds his ribs for 4 years or more that was undetected. The tumor has now fused around his spine. They probably won't be able to operate because of where it is. They said without treatment he has until July. Unfortunately, he won't quit smoking so even if he does the chemo his odds aren't good. If you pray please pray for my family. If not please send positive vibes. It is much appreciated.
If my house literally doesn't sparkle after cleaning. I clean again because I obviously did something wrong.
Okay, Mommas let me hear it
How many of you lovely mom's out there experience horrible bloating, cramps, and constipation with your periods? Ever since I've had my son (3 years ago) I have had the worst menstrual cycles ever. I'm so bloated it hurts. Ideas on how to ease the symptoms?
Let’s talk Menstrual cups! Now I have been using a menstrual cup for about 4 years now, and I will never ever go back. But I remember when i first heard of them, I though “omg that is weird, won’t you like see the blood?” But honestly, I see less blood using the cup than i ever did when i used tampons. Think about it, a tampon is a cotton sponge, bleached with chemicals that absorbs your period. The Average tampon holds what 5mls of blood? so you have to change it every few hours (and you want to because basically a tampon is the perfect environment for bacteria) A menstrual cup? well mine (Diva cup 1) holds 30mls… Now let that sink in. That’s 6 times the amount of a tampon, it also creates a suction seal so that oxygen and bacteria can’t grow, so basically you can leave this baby in 12 hours (all day or all night) without it overflowing. You don’t need to change it in a public bathroom, you can just do it when you get home.. Heck even a few times i’ve completely forgotten I’m on my period all together because it is just so… comfortable, convenient and lovely. Now when I say I see less blood than when i used tampons, it’s because i don’t really track or measure how much I bleed, but if you wanna do that, you can TOTALLY do that because most cups come with measurement lines and if you track when you put it in vs when you take it out you can roughly come up with which days are heavier and how often you REALLY need to change it. (but really just change it every 10 or so hours, maybe more on heavy days) Now onto the environmental benefits, How many tampons do you use during your period? a whole box a month? now think about how much that is a year, how much that is in landfill and waste. (picture infograph above for figures) What about the bleach and other toxic chemicals.. if they are asking you to wear gloves when bleaching your floor why are you putting that stuff straight in your vagina? Thinking about that just makes me cringe!! And then of course there is the fact that tampons are the perfect environment for bacteria and that tampons absorb all your GOOD bacteria and unbalance your vaginas PH!!! And how much do you think you spend on tampons each month? $5? maybe more? so that’s about $60 a year right, a cup is about $35-50 and lasts up to 10 years. you just saved yourself $500. Now you might be thinking, but wow, some of those cups are huge and why are there so many different ones and different options. HOW DO I CHOOSE? Well there are lots of guides online, I will link some below, but basically it depends on you. It depends if you want a black cup, have an allergy to silicone, it depends if you have a low cervix or if you want a pink collapsible one, it depends if you have had children, or if you have a really heavy flow, or if you want a really soft cup or a hard one. There are so many variables that’s why there are so many options! Eco-friendly family - which menstrual cup is right for you Menstrual cup wordpress - which is honestly the ultimate guide to cups Menstrual cup guide Menstrual cup reviews How to choose your first menstrual cup - video Which cup is for you - Quiz (hilarious i just tried it and the cup i use came in DEAD LAST on my quiz hahaha) I think doing your research is important and i really do encourage anyone thinking about it, to just take the plunge! It is so worth it =D
The Diva Cup
It's been a while since I've posted anything but here I am to write about my experience so far with this product. I'm a proud owner of The Diva Cup as of 4 days ago and it has been wonderful so far. As some of you may know I have a child. He'll be three this Saturday. Ever since I had him my periods went from totally consistent every 28 days 6 days long to every 2 weeks and lasts up to 7 days. I used to use only tampons. With the my period happening so often tampons have become an annoying expense. Having to change my tampon every 2-4 hours constantly checking if I'm leaking and the occasional leaking. The period cup has been so great. I have the size 2 which is for women 30 years+ or have had a child. It is easy to insert and to remove. You can keep the cup in up to 12 hours. Taking it out once in the morning and once at night before bed. It is comfortable and I don't even remember it's there half the time. After my pregnancy tampons had become very uncomfortable. They would dry me out and make me feel raw. I don't know about you but I seriously don't like that. I saw one of my friends on Facebook talking about reusable period pads and the cup. She welcomed any questions. I wrote to her and got her views of the menstrual cup. She swears by them. I also did a lot of research prior to messaging her. She also has a small child so her input was very great to hear. I decided for my first cup I wanted to splurge and get the one with the best reviews. So I got The Diva Cup. This is day two of my period and so far so good. I know my review for this is pretty early but I will continue to post updates and hopefully I'll be on here more. Oh and it really isn't as messy and gross as you might think. Have a great night!
