Just for the sake of it being hilarious, imagine the primarch babies develop some monstrous strength, like some serious Primarch tier strength by the time they reach later toddler stage. But their parents have no idea about it because "Be reasonable, it's still a baby!"
The only ones aware of it are the legion Astartes who are unlucky enough to get to experience that power when babysitting, because with them the babies have no reason to hold back. Astartes are big brothers! Strong big brothers! They look just like their action figure toys but way bigger!
So they surely can also be played with as if they were toys!
Kharn kneeling down in front of a chair so one of Angron's baby girls is at the height of his face, smiling almost smugly as she tries to hit him in the face while play fighting. She looks adorable, look at her, she believes she is a threat, he thinks as he easily dodges her hits by moving his head away at the last second.
Kharn then getting distracted when the door opens and a World Water Apothecary walks in with some bottles of milk in a basket, Angron's baby seizing the chance and punching him in the face with all her might, Kharn hitting that family guy death pose as he hits the ground for a moment before he slowly stands up, vision blurry since that rattled his brain, and turning away as he discretely spits a couple of teeth into his mouth. What in the world just happened? He asks himself as he slowly turns around to face the little girl, her excitedly giggling as she climbs down the chair, and his fight or flight instincts kicking in.
Somewhere else in the galaxy and Iron Warrior yells as he tries to drill some sense into Perturabo's daughter mind, getting dragged across the floor by her while completely restrained by chains, he's not a toy! He's an Astartes! YOU CAN'T DISMANTLE HIM! He screams more desperately before yelling at his brothers to come save him when she happily says she'll rearrange him into a pony.
Meanwhile Horus' daughter grabbed Abaddon by the top knot and is laughing as as she flungs him around like a ragdoll.
Sorry i took a time to get to this one but the first time i read it i laughed SO HARD since then the mental image of a frightened kharn after he discovers the baby strength was stuck inside my head
