Hyper-Calvinist, Regular, dare I say, Hardshell Punk, meaning, God has already decided who and what is and isn't punk, and there is nothing you can do, not even if you buy all of the right clothes and listen to all of the right music, that can interfere with His will. We can never say who the true punks are, they are scattered across all nations and peoples.
