My Muse’s Handwriting :: Completed

I’ll be doing three variants-- just because I’ve already written in the way I headcanon Veigar to write ! ( As to best of my ability, that is )

Font Aquafina Script

     While not the best example to express Veigar’s handwriting, the fact that he prefers to write in cursive remains. As a kid, he thought cursive was incredibly calming and interesting to write in, to the point that he got a bit. . . crazy with it.

Normal Writing : 

     Having adapted a rushed, tightly knit group of lettering from his days of cramming endless notes down on papers full of magical studies, Veigar’s handwriting is nigh unintelligible. He personally sees no issue with this, as he can read it perfectly.  If it works for the mighty wizard, it works. Who else needs to pry into his writings, anyway ?

Signature : 

     Veigar’s signature has certainly gotten more. . . loud seeming ; mixing capital and lowercase lettering, Veigar can write out his signature faster than one might think. This works well, considering he used to write out an outrageously long title with every signature in the past. Thankfully, he shortened it due to how bothersome it was. Please never bring it up, ever.

Can they find beauty in hurtful situations ?

     Depends on the context of the situation ;

If the hurtful situation was caused by the yordle himself, then his mind, twisted from years of isolation, would indeed find beauty in it. After all, he’s doing what he should be to be considered evil, right ? And that’s beautiful, isn’t it ? It’s what he has to do to survive, at least.

If Veigar himself is hurt by the situation, the situation becomes toxic and ugly to him. He shouldn’t be hurt, he’s strong and evil !

Do they push to follow their dreams or do they wait idly by ?

     Veigar has always been one to push to pursue his dreams ; from a young age the yordle pursued the study of magic, and he had dreamed of learning more to be helpful to Bandle City. To this day, he still pursues the study of magic, although his dreams have changed. . .

What paralyzes my muse emotionally ?

     Everything. He had to paralyze his emotions to survive his imprisonment. If any situation brings up a strong sense of emotion, Veigar will shut down in his mind’s attempt to protect himself. He’s improved, sure, but trauma will never heal easily.

     The sudden rush practically forced Veigar off his feet. In fact, it did knock him off his feet, and onto the ground. Veigar’s clenched eyes opened and narrowed as he glared upon who would do such an act.

    Veigar raised his hand, preparing to strike down onto the other with his gauntlet. His eyes seemed to be lit with anger, an anger that might not be quelled easily.

     Best to apologize and get off the other quickly, no ?

     The black furred yordle grumbled as he pushed aside the various dense shrubbery. Everything looked the same, but he was sure it was nearby. . . right ?

❝ I brought you along because I figured you’d know your way, Gunner. ❞

     He let out a guttural hiss, glancing back to meet eyes with a particular set of amber optics ; Tristana. He had. . . employed her to go on this journey with him, having heard tales of a forgotten ruin enchanted with an indescribable magic.

     This interested him greatly.

     Not only for his typical “ evil plans “, but for his personal study as well. Magic of all variations fascinated him to no end. He could study it for hours, if the time allowed. But of course, he had to keep his excitement hidden ; though at first one could have easily noticed a bounce within his step.

     That bounce slowed the further into the brush they travelled. Just where. Was. This. Ruin ?? Veigar’s impatience and irritation grew with each step to the point he couldn’t very well wait a few moments for the other’s response to his snarky comment.
