Bel trotted inside of the small little store, a grin on his face. He unwrapped his scarf and set it down. “Ne, ne~ What’s up Mammy?” he asked, walking up to the counter and leaning over it.

Mammon looked up from resetting a shelf with some baskets filled with little jars. “I am working here. Can you not see that?” he went back back to pushing in the baskets then labeled the baskets with ‘Eye of Newt’. “There..” He stood up from kneeling down.

"Did you need something?" Mammon asked seeming more relaxed from the sweet plain vanilla. He licked his light pink lips.

A Little Taste of Change [@thatangrybomber]

The shop had just opened for the day. Mammon smiled lightly as he opened for the day. The Magic Box wouldn’t be opened for long but since some advertising went out on it, the ding dong damn shop better bring in the cash or there wouldn’t be enough to support the family that was the Varia. Everything had been getting to hard to handle lately and some time in the shop would clear his head. It did get quite sometimes but that was a good thing.

Mammon leaned on the counter looking around the area. Maybe the day would consist of clean up and arranging the books. There most likely wouldn’t be any customers for some time. He gave a heavy sigh as he pushed up off the counter and went to the winding stairs that led up to the second floor.

Once up on the second he started to pick up stray books that were left by the teens that had taken a liking to all the books and read there. He smiled gently and gathered a few at a time putting them away properly so that it didn’t seem so messy. Next came fixing up the window couches. Placing the pillows more straightly so that it seemed more relaxed.

When he was done with that he walked down the stairs and started to burn some like vanilla incense so he could relax with something other than the smell of wine and food or some shit. It hurt his head when it was the same smell of food and death with alcohol.

"Ow." The Mist’s monotone complaint was muffled slightly as he hit the ground. Teal eyes peered up at Bel’s shaggy hair, narrowing slightly in annoyance. "Get off me. Help. Long-haired commander?" He struggled a little, mostly succeeding in wiggling under the Storm. "Is this some made-up game then, Bel-Senpai? Is this why you need to ask people to play with you?"
