Hi everyone, I’m back from the busy!! I have a new tumblr at RebeccaDragons, aka Sad Dragon Toys. Advice for being happy and grounded?

Hey all! Just a note to show I'm alive. Also for feedback? Lately I have had a huge amount of personal dissonance and unease. Sometimes it's obvious where it comes from; exs, work, family stress, lack of sleep, missing my nightly antidepressants. Other times it's far more subtle and hard to pin down, and I just feel like a sack of somethingsomething. How do you all keep yourselves bouyed when things feel grim? Nobody really needs help when the sun is shining, but everyone's been in the middle of an emotional hailstorm at least once, and I'm having trouble weathering them as of late. I'd like to blame being lonely, but I don't think that's the only cause. (Addendum: I have been too perfectionist lately about pictures, I'm never happy. It doesn't help that I don't know how to do photo editing...!)
