okay i have a lot of thoughts on the new casting
-glad its not gonna be just another boring white man
-excited to see what a candidate will bring to the cast since we haven't gotten one in a HOT minute. and it'll be exciting to see stella build him from scratch

-makes me think a truck member dies because of the cliffhanger. however did anyone else notice that in the article, they put a list of the current main cast of the show, but left off hanako's name? probably an accident but maybe violet isn't as safe as we thought (edit: they updated the article and added hanako's name so it was definitely an accident. but i feel like we are 1000% losing a truck member)
a little defiant - it’s not like their job description is to FOLLOW ORDERS! Not suggestions, orders! How they let them graduate? Yes, they know how to fight fires but they fail at respecting ranks and following orders! This is dangerous - this get people killed. We might be wrong but it looks like they don’t know how to write a character that know show hierarchy works and is still interesting…
Maybe this time Stella could be defiant and don’t agree to babysit another grown up who wants to be a firefighter, give her her own baby this time!
