Today I found out another Disney dream of mine will never come true. Disney's Main Street Electrical Parade will be leaving the Magic Kingdom & heading for Disneyland. I have always hoped to fly along side Tink or walk with Snow & her 7 dwarfs down Main Street in sparkling lights but maybe just maybe the Magic Kingdom will get Paint the Night & different dreams can come true! One year ago my heart was split in two & half was left in this magical place. The day before this, I went to Magic Kingdom alone to say a final goodbye to my castle & my favorite parade. Then I went to work for the last time at Epcot. While I cried a lot on stage that night, it was definitely one of my favorite nights at work. The next day mom came to help me back up all my belongs & I got the chance to go to Epcot & say goodbye to all my wonderful friends I made during my time with Disney. While I did get to spend the next few days exploring Star Wars Weekend with my favorites, it was not the same because I was no longer a cast member to the most magical place on Earth. One year ago I went to Magic Kingdom alone to say goodbye to my favorite fairy. Tink and I had our normal conversation about clothes, pixie dust, and how much we hate Wendy. Then when the time came to finally say our last goodbye we both swore up & down that pixie dust got in our eyes and we weren't actually crying! After I left Tink I went & cried for an hour as I watched Celebrate the Magic & Wishes for the last time as a cast member. Thinking about this day still breaks my heart 😭✨💚

The rest of this quote goes as followed "but I am realistic enough to know that life is a complex matter." As I make it through yet another Disney audition & not get offered a role, I have come to realize that once again God has other plans for the next year of my life. The rest of 2016 and into 2017 I will finish up college & earn my degree. It also seems I will be spending another year teaching which is a blessing that I did not expect to happen! I know it won't be easy seeing my DCP friends go back to Disney and start new & exciting roles. ✨✨✨One year ago I walked into a Disney Audition with my sister & our friend. We waited in line for what seemed like forever & finally I got to the front & they handed me the number 78. As we waited for our numbers to be called I was so nervous I could barely talk. It'd been only a few short months before that I was so close to doing my dream job during my College Program & since that was now over I wanted to stay on full time & finally fulfill that dream! After an hour or so, they called 60-90 & walked us into a room for the first round. After the first round I was extremely shocked as 78 was called & I was ushered into another small room while my sister & friend had to leave me. Round after round my number kept getting called until finally that final round came & the most magical thing happened! Even though I did not get the call for a job then, I know that now it's possible & I will not give up until my dreams come true ✨✨✨
