✨ minors who are "sfw littles" are not littles, you are an actual child ✨
✨ please stay out of adult spaces ✨
The holy trinity
Not to bring up peter jacksons h*bb*t trilogy (yuck) on main, but do you know how horrible of a writing choice was making the elves vegetarians for laughs? Elven history is full of legendary hunters. Hell, the god that first taught them how to road trip (an important part of elven culture) is literally the GOD OF HUNTING. In fact, we have more evidence for elves hunting than farming! Implying otherwise is celegorm erasure and i will NOT stand for it!
possible explanations:
1) they just fed the dwarves lettuce to fuck with them bcos they’re assholes
2) elves don’t hunt for meat they hunt to get up close to animals & pet them like wolverine
3) the elves in rivendell are mistakenly under the impression that DWARVES are vegetarians and wanted them to feel welcome
I thought of another one:
4) elves are Catholic & the dwarves arrived on a Friday
Please remember that almost everyone around you is traumatized. I didn’t understand this when I was younger. I wondered why people acted so strangely and irrationally. Maybe all children wonder this. The author Robert Anton Wilson said (paraphrasing), “We have never seen a completely sane adult human.” No one makes it out of this life alive. It’s not their fault. Mercy, kindness, forgiving — these are what makes one human. They are other names for love. People break in the strangest of ways.
“Under the present brutal and primitive conditions on this planet, every person you meet should be regarded as one of the walking wounded. we have never seen a man or woman not slightly deranged by either anxiety or grief. we have never seen a totally sane human being." — Robert Anton Wilson
Way too many kinksters are reblogging agėre content and it NEEDS to stop!!
There should be absolutely no overlap between cgl/abdl and agėre blogs! One is kink and the other is not. We all know this. But I keep getting on ppl's blogs and seeing filtered re tags all over the place!
It needs to stop and here's why:
Most re communities have minors in them. Self-explanatory.
It breaks the most basic consent rules. Vanilla ppl don't wanna go on their agėre blogs and see their hobby/coping mech lumped in with kink. If they wanted to combine the 2 like us, they would.
It can trigger so many survivors. Just cuz a lot of us use ageplay as comfort for our baggage, that doesn't mean other ppl are comforted by it. It's very likely to be the total opposite for some, and can trigger really bad thoughts, memories, attacks, etc.
It gives the entire ageplay community a bad name. Kink blogging is a responsibility. It's your job as a kinkster to ensure no one can make the wrong assumption about our community or yourself thru what you reblog.
There's a lot more reasons but these are some of the most important imo. (Especially the minors & survivors points.)
Most ppl probably do this purely on accident, but there's a way you can avoid most re content and it's by blocking/filtering tags. Here's how to do that:
On mobile: Click on your blog(👤) > Settings(⚙) > Account Settings > Filtering > +New > Add the tags you want to block one by one
On desktop: Click on the account button(👤) top right > Settings(⚙) > Account (should be the first section pulled up automatically) > Scroll down to Filtering > Edit (🖋) to add tags one by one [There are help buttons if you need them]
Start with basic tags such as agėre, cglrė, kídcore, etc. That should cover the bulk of content from those communities. Add more tags as you come across them.
The best thing about filtering tags is that it works on deactivated blogs! So you can defs be sure you won't accidentally be promoting the wrong image on your kink blog even if the rb is from a dead account.
Of course, the #1 thing you should be doing with any post you want to reblog from an unfamiliar source is check the blog for an age and Do Not Interact criteria. You'd want ppl in your DNI to do the same. Respect for DNIs should always be mutual.
Check their bio and look to see if they have a pinned post with extra info. If they have an 18+ age listed and you don't see a DNI for kink/nsfw/ageplay, then and only then can you safely reblog. Doing this one thing that takes 5-10 seconds is crucial to protecting minors and survivors from getting exposed to our communities.
Finally, don't add kink tags to non-kink content. If you rb something from an ok vanilla blog, that doesn't give you the right to claim it as something kinky! Doing so is violating consent because you didn't ask if you could use their content as a kinky thing. (And it's very likely they don't want it labeled that way.)
Step up and take responsibility as a kinkster. Stop causing inappropriate overlap with the wrong communities!

Easiest way to explain healthy BDSM to a vanilla person who thinks it's wrong?
Imagine that you have a goal of getting in shape. After trying different diets and exercise programs, you find that you keep straying from them and inevitably you find yourself back at square 1.
You want it to be different this time, so you finally take the plunge: you hire a personal trainer.
You tell your trainer “ok, I have a goal to be able to run the Boston marathon by next year.”
“Ok”, says your trainer, “how much time do you have every week to devote to this, and are there any types of exercise you are unwilling or unable to do?”
“Well, I have an hour a day on weekdays and can make 3 hours on Saturdays and Sundays, and I have some shoulder problems so I can’t do too much upper body work and I’m unwilling to do stairs because I want to keep my knees healthy”.
So your trainer, working within those limits, draws you up a diet and exercise program, says “this is what I need you to do at minimum, and we’re going to start here work our way up”.
You start your program, and your trainer keeps you accountable. When you slip, your trainer reminds you of your goals and tells you how to make up for the missed exercise or the extra calories.
Now, the most important part of all of this is that even though the personal trainer may be the one giving the orders, ultimately that trainer works for you, not the other way around. And if that trainer steps out of line, you take your business elsewhere. You hold ultimate power, even if it doesn’t look like it in the moment.
Congrats, anon. You just described a power exchange relationship in completely vanilla terms!
Hope this helps!

Passing this helpful information along.
Make me feel small. Tell me I’m too little to do anything myself and make me hush my silly little mouth as you order my food, choose my clothes, bathe me, and dress me. Trick me into pleasing you. Spank me when I do it wrong.
Oh gawd every time you think it's over it gers BETTER
