I wanted to ask for the oniverse who do you consider the villains to be to the main players? Like for Keyda, I consider Iron Baron to be her main villain. And for Rook it would be Quazier. Cole doesn't have to be included because he's a ninja and they had a ton of enemies.

Youre right on the money for Keyda and Rook.

Ill try and go in order in terms of appearance.

Iron baron- Keyda

Jarule- Echo and Antirock (thought id include him since he makes an appearance in the most recent story)

Adelaide-Jaqah (you might think it would be Keyda again cuz she was directly trying to overthrow her, but then I remembered how much she's directly impacted and attacked Jaqah specifically)

Evynn is an interesting one cuz she has beef with everyone, but if i was to pair her up with just one main character it would be bettween Phos or Theo. Im leaning toward Phos.

The Island-Hershel for sure

Imgloss-This one is hard too cuz idk if I'm allowed to give 2 to Hershel but I'm gonna.

Matilda- M (Amber has an equal shot too but he had more arks where she was his main antagonist)

Ottan- Alan ( I was gonna say Theo and then realized I'm an idiot) I would also say life in general is Alan's greatest antagonist.

Quazier-Rook

Rook-Theo (Yes I'm including her as an antagonist. She counts.) When Theo has so many great antagonists, its been super hard to choose. This one seemed fitting tho.

Zerek- Do I give Zerek to Theo or Julien? As much as Theos fight with him is epic, I think ill give it to Julien. They had far more screen time together and their dynamic really was a cornerstone of that ark.

Saesh- You might think Theo again, but no that goes to mah boi Raiyn.

And I think thats the main ones...

I def missed a couple minor antagonists and if you want any more specific opinions on the matter let me know haha

When I realized Amber never really had any main antagonists, her struggle was keeping her damn family alive lol

Haiven(&Evynn) raining hell down on Ottan and his forces only for Ottan to end up on the front steps of the Central fortress begging for Alan to please let his overpowered girlfriend know that he's alive so that Ottan doesn't end up in the departed realm by her.

Still kinda wish she had gotten the chance haha

The big coward doesn't even know the bullets he dodged. He's lucky all he had to deal with was a suicidal Freyda 😬 (Omar please come get your kids some help pleaseeee)

it has been so long I am so excited to read your amazing work again. I can’t believe you’re finally back!! Myself and a good friend started reading your work while we were in middle school, and while we have fallen out of touch, your work is still an amazing comfort read for me. I’m in the middle of my college program now and I am so so so excited to have Unraveling to look forward to and read.

I can’t believe how far these stories have come. I have re-read them all except The Heirs multiple times, you are so right that one is a BEAST. But it is so loved. Just like the rest of your work. In reading through the overview post there were so many things that made me laugh and I had audible or physical reactions to remembering reading them for the first time. Ahhhh memories. And MADDIE I’m with you girl…she can never take Tolan from us!!!

Is it intentional that I'm seeing parallels between Raiyn and Imgloss with Hershel and Phos, or am I just seeing things on my part?

That is absolutely on purpose haha

When Hershel sees it too and thats why he makes the choices he does near the end.

I’ve just got to say. I have been here since the beginning of the Oniverse. I re read it for comfort, plan to name a pet Tolan in the future, and wait with anticipation for every update.

you guys are incredible. My mouth dropped open early and stayed there for almost the entirety of this chapter. I remember being confused by all of the new characters you were introducing but I understand now. There was almost no Theo in this chapter and it was still PHENOMENAL. I can’t believe we get to meet Peder. Phos has returned…Evynn and Haiven, Dynmar and Pescar and Saesh… I just..am at a loss for competent words.

I have no idea how you have created this incredible plot, or how this will end but I am seated. I am SAT. I am so ecstatic for you as this story continues to unfold and honored to love it as deeply as I do.

no other chapter you have ever written was as incredible as this one. My mind is spinning, my heart is bursting at old friends and terrified by old foes. You really weren’t kidding when you said this is it. This is everything, and I can’t wait for the rest of the ride.

This made me and Nicki tear up reading! It means so much to us to have had you along for this ride with us for so so long! We've always loved your engagement and comments and questions! Its brought us a lot of comfort and purpose over the years as well, so were thrilled it's done the same for you!

We are so glad even this last little story can still surprise you even now! We hope it lives up to the hype! When planning a lot of the plot and things we wanted to have happen we had to look back to the previous stories, and were worried that a lot of things might feel out of left field or not right for the lore we've set up all these years. We were pleasantly surprised ourselves that in a lot of ways we had plenty of things to build from to make it all come together.

Thank you for all your years of dedicated reading and reacting, truly I don't think much would have been written if I hadn't convinced nicki to post and everyone's responses hadn't been so kind. She really does push herself hard so that she can post consistently, because even if its one person waiting for it she wants you to have it on time. (I'm the slacker truly, not her)
