Princessofpurereason started following you.
Moirin gaped. Was she really seeing this? A character from one of her favorite books of all time was actually here before her.
“I- I- Um, is this really happening or am I hallucinating?” the redhead asked the princess.
“You aren’t hallucinating, miss.” Reason smiled. “I believe you know who I am, don’t you?”
The fairy nodded slowly, still thinking this was some kind of fever dream. “Yes,” she said with a curtsy. “You’re the Princess of Pure Reason. From my favorite book; ‘The Phantom Tollbooth’.” Moirin laughed in disbelief, before realizing that se was forgetting her manners.
“Oh, pardon me. I’m Moirin. Moirin McGillicuddy-ler. It’s a pleasure to meet you, your highness.”
The princess curtseyed back. “The pleasure is all mine Miss McGillicuddy-ler, and please, just call me Reason.” Her curiosity was sparked at the mention of a book. “A book you say?”
“Yes, by Norton Juster.” Moirin snapped her fingers and a copy of “The Phantom Tollbooth” appeared in her free hand. “It’s about a boy named Milo that goes into the Lands Beyond to save you and your sister from the Castle in the Air. Is all that true?!”
Reason laughed softly. “Yes, its all true.”
“Oh, wow…” she breathed in astonishment. “Makes me wonder how many more of my favorite works of fiction are really nonfiction,” Moirin laughed, before realizing… “Oh, where are my manners? Would you like something to eat? Drink?”
"Tea, please."
