Road Trip Essentials for Age Regressors!

🍎Something for your mouth! For example, a paci, or a teether. Maybe a lollipop if you’re older.

☁️Something for your hands! A fidget toy, LEGOs, or some mini figurines. 

❤️Something for your mind! A book, some crayons… maybe a puzzle, or word-search book.

🍎Something for your ears! Earbuds or headphones, to listen to music. Or something that makes noise, like a rattle or a clicker.

☁️Something to eat! I recommend cereal, sandwiches, fruit, or crackers. Make sure to also bring some hand wipes, in case your hands get germy, sticky, or greasy!

❤️Something to drink! Fill a baby bottle, sippy cup, or water bottle with your favorite drink, like water, lemonade, or apple juice.

🍎Something to help you sleep! A cute sleeping mask, a baby blanket, or your favorite stuffie. Road trips can be tiring!

☁️Things you need! If you have any medications, grab them. If you need ear plugs to sleep, take them. If you have an extra pair of glasses or contacts, be sure to pack them.

❤️Last but not least, something you love. Since you probably can’t take a pet with you, bring a picture of them, or photos of your family or friends. Maybe take a special locket or toy that has sentimental meaning.
