Love this feeling!
Two more photo’s edited with the Avatars. I love the vibe of these two pictures.
Final Version of my collection movie for “Join Us”

“Join Us”
Super happy with the result and how the avatar and model communicate.

First Draft of the video of my digital collection. Showing the falling of the cubus into more “real life” bodies.

Who’s that girl?

The more computers, the better.
Plotting the patterns for the final dress. Because of the shapes it is more efficient laying them alongside one another.

Trying to make an animation where the avatar still stands up for a few frames before falling to the ground. I can slow this down in the final edit, but I’m trying to keep the number of frames I have to render to a minimum.
Trying to make some perfectly imperfect accessories to match my concept and mood with chains. Just some first styling ideas.
Second try with better sound and different lights. Testing what works and what doesn’t. I think that having the avatar fall is a nice detail, but it feels like it is going too fast. Maybe I can make a midway between this and the earlier video’s I tried. Where the dress stays “up” longer but doesn’t fall on its own. I also tried to work with a "normal" and lit up scene. Bit this doesn't really translate in some parts. So maybe the more "lit up scene" is one I should use throughout.
Another test to video my garments falling. The render time for this one clip took me more than 7 hours... The render alone... But I like the result very much. The music and editing are still a bit lacking. But I’m doing this at half past 2 in the morning. So, I think it’s okay for now!
The video of the dress fully falling only in reverse with a little edit. It definitely takes more editing and planning to make the reversal look smooth and cool. Even in filming it. So I have to be sure that I can edit it nicely in reverse.
First test of a video of the garment going for its “box” state into the full drape. I chose to give it a slight wind blowing to the side to add more drama and interest instead of the dress only falling to the ground.
I think my concept will come across way better if I add these videos. Maybe I can also try one in reverse. Or with another avatar set-up.
