You know what? Naya Rivera changed me, changed my life for the better and taught me that even if I was afraid, being me matters and that I am worth it and enough.
I miss you, Naya. Forever will.
Let's take a moment to appreciate how lucky we are to be here, with our families, let's be grateful.
Rest in peace and power, Queen. Many people love you and thank you for changing my life. So grateful.
if grey's is so desperate to kill someone off why don't they just kill owen or something
My 2 cents about the backlash that Happiest Season received (spoilers ahead)
After managing yesterday to watch Happiest Season (which i had really been looking forward to... cz who wouldn’t want a gay and Christmasy rom-com??), and fangirling over Kristen Stewart’s grey suit, I went online and was truly surprised and frankly saddened to see people trashing and criticising the movie, especially as regards Harper’s character.
Don’t get me wrong: I totally agree that Harper did not handle things well (i.e. by revealing to Abby that she isn’t out to her family only AFTER they were already on the way to spend Christmas together with her family...). And yes, even her behaviour throughout their stay at her parents’ was not the best.
BUT!
Firstly, everyone knows that a rom-com without a dose of unnecessary pointless drama is not a rom-com.
Also, I’m pretty sure most LGBTQ+ folk know what it feels like to be closeted and having to live double lives, while at the same time fearing that the absolute worse will happen if their families find out their secret.
And being closeted during the holidays is sometimes extra difficult, because people are often forced to mingle with family and friends that they may have had to actively avoid interacting with in their daily lives, because of how they would react if they knew they were LGBTQ+.
Coming back to Harper, I personally think that calling her toxic might be a bit extreme, and may even contradict the main takeaway from the entire movie, which is essentially that everyone’s coming out story is different but valid.
While Harper definitely didn’t treat Abby right during their trip, we should not criticise her so harshly for mishandling out of fear what she thought was a ‘life-and-death’ situation, especially since we can see that she clearly loves Abby and she even ‘redeems’ herself in the end by coming out to her family and running after Abby.
TL;DR: Yes, Harper mishandled the situation at first, but I cannot totally blame her for this, since coming out is terrifying, plus everything works out in the end.
This.
Remind me, what did your parents say when you told them you were gay?
THIS.
KRISTEN STEWART & AUBREY PLAZA in HAPPIEST SEASON
Iam so in love with them both 😍
Happiest season :)
I watched it and I loved it
I mean, I need Aubrey Plaza in my life, I want a spin-off for her character.
And I have always had and will ALWAYS have a major crush on Kristen Stewart, she's so fantastic and I love her.
Also, big props to Daniel Levy! He is charming and funny and witty and kind of what a best friend means, love him as well ;)
I love, love, love, love LOOOOOOOOVEEEEEE Taylor Swift :)
She looks beautiful and so happy and I am happy and thrilled for her future (and ours as her listeners)
Thank you for reading, end of communication :)
I'm jumping back on the ship again.
So, just wanted to comment on something: I'm feeling like it's the last season of Grey's Anatomy.... Last episode Derek said: "I'll be here when you're ready" So, maybe she's finishing her journey and making peace with everything.
So, that's it.
P.S. I really wish it's Lexie next episode. That would be EPIC.
Oh no...
I REFUSE to fall for THAT Grey's Anatomy scene.
Bring me Lexie or Arizona and Callie (I know this last one is highly unlikely) or April.
Or better yet, give Alex Karev the ending he deserved and THEN we can talk.
Finally got in the train named "The 100"
I'm already regretting this...
Reblogging this because even if I almost hate them all I was kinda satisfied with that ending? And if Jason said it was meant to interpretation, well... Clear endgame lol
Btw! Hell yeah for Raven and Octavia such a badass pair! Respect for my queens and even tho I'm kinda sad (?) for Clarke, well... They saved the human race!
I meant CLEXA!

I've been quietly seeing and reading all of the unfortunate news and reports about the new normal at the Dorsey house and I don't like it.
What we need to understand is the need to support Naya's little boy, who one day (unfortunately) is going to read all of those reports and probably assume things the way that narrative intended.
I'm not going to lie, I am heartbroken by that Ryan's video because I feel his pain, we all do... And not because Naya was our family, but because we can all be empathetic cause' we all have experienced loss of someone close and important in our lives.
We don't know Ryan or the Rivera family, we knew Naya and only the public Naya, and we loved and supported her through thick and thin and I believe it is time for us to extend hat courtesy with her entire family and yes, that includes Ryan.
We can relate to the loss of our mother whether it's our greatest fear or because we experienced it but please, give Josey and the Rivera family the time to heal and the opportunity to grieve the way they want to.
If you see them in the street leave them be, respect their privacy and their pain, because that way you are respecting the memory of our dear Naya and more importantly, you are protecting the childhood of that sweet little boy.
Today marks one month without our Naya.
And I've been struggling to comprehend the why's and the who's but more importantly I've been struggling to understand why her son was deprived of his mother.
I'm still feeling her loss and as I'm writing this I'm crying as the pain invades me once again.
She was my idol, and LGBTQIA icon and an amazing human being.
I always had the dream is meeting her and even if I couldn't accomplish that I knew her from her art and from the heart that she gave all of her acting parts and in real life if all of her memorials from her friend and family were any indication. I hold Santana close to my heart but I hold Naya closer.
I love you Naya, always will.
From a Nayaholic who's always going to remember your legacy and give your family the love and respect they deserve.
