I knew when I took this image that it was really special. I've had the privilege of knowing @organic_amy for many years now. What started off has a work relationship, quickly turned into a friendship. She has an enormous heart, is a total goofball and is the most knowledgeable person when it comes to organic products. She is my go-to person for all and any health questions.
