Oh, hullo. Is this celebratory enough?
(I know we’re supposed to be on lockdown, but this is my fanarty corner of the world, so I can dream. )
Okay, we’ve established I am an uneducated turnip, but
I am reading Fahrehneit 451 and stumbled across this gem:
“We cannot tell the precise moment when friendship is formed. As in filling a vessel drop by drop, there is at last a drop which makes it run over. So in a series of kindness there is, at last, one which makes the heart run over.”
~James Boswell, The Life of Samuel Johnson (1791)
...And if this isn’t peak Aziraphale and Crowley energy, I ask myself, what is?
