I have negative tendencies that begin with thoughts of regret, fear, frustration, and an unwillingness to act. I need to let go of my bitterness and love everyone especially my close family. The love must begin and end with me without expectation of receiving anything back. For entitlement also keeps my negative cycles alive. I want to be kind at all times. I want to be victor not victim. I want to be a strong leader and that begins at home. I have to be a better lover. A better mother. A better person. How can I dare expect a kinder world if I can be kinder myself?
