idc i accidentally got into the crown prince sells medicine/apothecary prince (cspm/tap) as well as greatest real estate developer (tged) and the bountiful harvest (wbhdl)!manhwas and i’m actually livid that cspm wasn’t adapted by the same studio, particularly the same author as the other two. it’s so shit in comparison to those two and the entire thing screams of missed potential. i have so many assignments but i just want to draw the gags they should’ve done w lachiel’s face instead of making him a cheap lloyd family guy ripoff. it actually makes me physically ill.

i actually think there should be 2 adaptations of cspm: one for the novel fans that’s this current run and another for the manhwa version bc we’re losing so much lloyd lore. and i think lachiel could be a better character in their hands

after wbhdl finishes they should get their hands on tap and make their version. it’s clear the adapters of tged have a very clear vision and love of the universe and characters, and i’d imagine they’d want to expand on it in its canon sequel series. cspm’s webtoonification just happened too early and by the wrong people

#admittedly there is smth appealing abt a straight novel version like cspm is now #but the novels are naturally written from one pov whereas comics thrive w casts like tged and wbhdl #the lack of a core cast is what makes tap/cspm weaker bc lachiel just gets everything
