Me and my brother just got into what essentially amounted to a crack shipping competition where one of us would give a set of characters and the other would have to come up with the plot of a fanfiction that would result in some sort of relationship between them (the person coming up with the plot got to decide what type of relationship). Some highlights of the night were Odysseus (the Odyssey) x ryland grace (project hail Mary) -- qpr, Adrian (project hail Mary) x toph beifong (avatar the last Airbender) -- best friends, a cluster duck (cluster ducks) x charmander -- doomed yaoi, and Kirby (Kirby) x Sebastian (the little mermaid) x the princess winion (epic the musical) x Jesus Christ (the bible) -- Kirby, Sebastian, and the princess winion are in a polyamorous romantic relationship and Jesus is their secret third thing/fourth wheel who they all get to mourn the death of.

If there's a will, there's a way. I will find a way to ship anyone and anything logic be damned.
