like once i get downpat how form works my lineart will pop tf out and my paintings lighting will be so clear

does anyone have any suggestions for what studies and exercises that can help me learn form and solid drawing?

just went through my art ig and tumblr through chronological order and was doing self critiques

its so cool seeing how my style and technical skill has developed over time. like i definitely learned by making shit work, then making friends with other artists(shoutout to state tan brethren), taking inspo from their styles while learning anatomy and gesture, then i got into color heavily, then value, all while still working on my anatomy. and all while taking inspo from everything im exposed to, then focusing more on designing, and im beginning getting shape design down. now im focusing the most on solid forms and as always making better line quality. i also love being able to see the change of my interests with age.

its great im still working on all these things but its so nice to see the mastery over certain concepts over time.
