if Youre referring To autism, NPD, and BPD, id Say i Kinda just Looked up The symptoms And started To incorporate Those symptoms And habits Into my Life until I did Them without Thinking about Having to Do them

EX... i Used to Have interests In small Things or Topics like Paraphilias or A movie, And id Research those Topics and Incorporate them Into my Daily life Until they Developed into Special, long Term interests

Really, i Always believed I had Those disorders, I just Never was Able to Diagnosed for Them due To my Habits not Being "stereotypical" Or "Severe" enough 🤔🤔
