i thought we left the debate on ‘ transnazi ’ in 2025 , but just in case anybody is sitting here with questions still , let me make this very clear !
if you identify as ‘ transnazi , ’ ‘ cisnazi , ’ or anything along those lines , you have no place in any community . i cannot believe this is still something people are sitting by and let happen or interacting with , i cannot believe it was something that was ever even debated .
people who want to be a nazi for any reason or are a nazi for any reason should be subjected to a firing squad . they should not be left on this earth , much less on tumblr in a community based around inclusion .
when your ‘ inclusivity ’ starts to allow literal nazis into spaces designed to protect queer people , you are no longer inclusive , you are just a disgusting fetishist and i wish you nothing but the same treatment as the nazis themselves .
this whole blog made me seriously consider leaving tumblr and the rqc as a whole because i’m revolted by the behavior of people interacting with it as if it is something attractive or cool .

first of all, using the word vitriol is an interesting choice. technically, you’re not wrong. my words were venomous, and hostile. but your use of the word and your follow up question lead me to believe this is not a good-faith inquiry.
nonetheless, i’ll entertain your curiosity.
the definition of a religious fundamentalist is somebody who strictly adheres to the core texts and doctrines of a faith. this means that they accept no progressive or modern values, and believe that any such are attacks on their belief system. they follow texts exactly as written.
now, to answer your question, yes! my vitriol does absolutely include religious fundamentalists, at least ones that fit that definition. religious fundamentalism is harmful and often leads to oppression of women, queer people, people of color, disabled people, etc,.
but if your comment simply refers to people who follow religion in general, then no, i do not extend my vitriol to them. i am personally a leftist catholic, i know many lovely progressive catholics, christians, jews, muslims, the list goes on.
religious fundamentalism and simply following a religion are very different. religion has been around for eons, and pretending that everyone who considers themselves to be a religious person is evil is a take that i think is ridiculously closed minded.
do i think religious communities have a lot of problems, especially the more conservative ones? well, no shit. do i think that all religion should be suddenly removed from society because of it? obviously not.
calling a religious fundamentalist a nazi, especially after saying “regardless of oppression status in modern times,” i feel like just isn’t correct. i will not defend a religious fundamentalist, but nazism gets thrown around as a word so often that i feel like it’s started to lose its meaning. you can be a disgusting bigot, or even a fascist, without being a nazi specifically.
anyways though, tldr? yes religious fundamentalism is bad, no religion in general is not bad, and yes my vitriol extends to religious fundamentalists due to the harm they can and do cause, but not to religious people in general.

i personally find it a bit idiotic when people say they only support “ non - harmful ” identities , for a number of reasons .
first of all , what do you classify as harmful ? if you don’t explain that somewhere in your intro or on your blog , i am going to automatically assume you just don’t know what you’re saying .
second of all , what about how somebody else identifies is harmful to you ? i often see “ harmful ” identities classified as things like transrace , transabled , and transharmful / harmed identities . there are very few identities that i think have the genuine potential to do harm , but those ones especially just don’t make sense to me to label as “ bad ” inherently .
just because something makes you uncomfortable or you don’t know much about it doesn’t mean it’s awful by default .
