Hey how has Barcelona been so far I've always wanted to visit! Can I get a reading on whether me and D still have a future together or should I move on?

Uncanny X-Men v1 #160: Illyana is abducted into Limbo by Belasco. The X-Men rescue her, but time passes differently in Limbo and she comes back 7 years older.

Magik (Illyana and Storm): four-issue mini-series that details Illyana’s time in Limbo. She suffers in the hands of demons, resists the dark influence on her soul, is trained by the alternate versions of Storm and Kitty and discovers her mutant power. Ultimately, she creates her Soulsword and becomes the ruler of Limbo, banishing Belasco from it before being pulled back to Earth.

Uncanny X-Men v1 #168, #171 (more short appearances)
