My heart was thrashing like a caged animal in this one. I honestly wasn't expecting too much; it hasn't acted out like this in quite some time.

At the start, it's pumping hard at around ~170bpm. Not quite a personal record, but each pump felt a bit harder than usual.

About 20 seconds in, I start to press down onto my sternum, just about in between my aorta and left atrium. Immediately, the sudden pressure starts to stress out my heart, loudly straining against the weight of my body squeezing down onto it.

It tries it's best to hold out, only a few deep, wrung out skips here and there, but before long, it begins to turn into a murmuring mess of out control stumbles, PVCs, and too-fast beats. By my count, there were at least 6 fluttering runs of SVTs througout the recording (my favorite, of which, occuring at 1:40)

Finally, at just before the 4 minute mark, I give it a much needed rest. Listen at how hard it starts to pound in order to compensate for everything it was just put through; I don't recall the last time i've heard it this tired before.
