Jealousy (TransFem Paul X Bolton)
In the bustling hallways of Waterloo Road, emotions ran as wild as the students themselves. Among them, Paul Langley, a bright trans femme student, glided gracefully, her confidence shining through her every step. She had always been proud of who she was, but today, a certain aura surrounded her, drawing the attention of many.
Bolton Smilie, typically the heartthrob of the school, found himself strangely drawn to Paul’s newfound confidence. He had known Paul for years, but today, he couldn’t help but notice the way her smile seemed to light up the room, the way her laughter danced like music in the air.
As they passed in the hallway, their eyes met. But before Bolton could speak, another student, a charming young man named Jason, stepped into Paul’s path.
“Hey there, gorgeous,” Jason purred, flashing a charming smile. “You’re looking stunning today.”
Paul’s cheeks flushed pink, a shy smile gracing her lips. She was used to compliments, but there was something about Jason’s gaze that made her heart flutter.
Bolton’s jaw clenched at the sight, an unfamiliar feeling stirring within him. He had never felt jealous before, but watching someone else flirt with Paul ignited a fire in him that he couldn’t ignore.
“Thanks, Jason,” Paul replied, her voice soft but filled with warmth. “You’re not looking too bad yourself.”
Bolton’s fists tightened at his sides as he watched the exchange, his heart pounding in his chest. He wanted to march over and claim Paul as his own, to tell Jason to back off and leave her alone. But he remained rooted to the spot, unable to tear his eyes away.
As the day went on, Bolton found himself stealing glances at Paul whenever he could. He watched as she laughed with her friends, her smile radiant and infectious. And with each passing moment, the feeling of jealousy burned hotter within him.
Finally, unable to contain his emotions any longer, Bolton approached Paul as she stood by her locker, a thoughtful expression on her face.
“Hey, Paul,” he began, his voice hesitant but determined. “Can we talk?”
Paul turned to face him, her eyes curious but welcoming. “uh yeah Of course, Bolton. What’s up?”
Bolton took a deep breath, steeling himself for what he was about to say. “I... I couldn’t help but notice earlier, when Jason was flirting with you. And...” He paused, his words catching in his throat.
“And what?” Paul prompted, her brow furrowing with concern.
Bolton met her gaze, his eyes filled with a mix of vulnerability and longing. Paul’s expression softened as she took a step closer to him, her hand reaching out to gently touch his arm “And do you like him.”
“I don't know, he's attractive but i don't really know him.”
"He's hot alright" One of Paul's friends had said laughing with the rest
Paul turns to her and lightly slaps her "shut it... is there anything else"
"yeah I... want to come round tonight I've scored some alcohol"
"Yeah I'd love to. see you then Bolton" She smiled up at him, as he walked away her friends joked and laughed at the awkward interaction.
