thinking about Rica Brosca and female Brosca. Rica becomes a noble hunter to make her family escape poverty, and instead of teaching her sister to become the perfect incubator so the family has more chances to get an heir of a noble, she protects her from this fate. Female Brosca instead lives a live of beating up people for money, at the risk of dying in some battle, but you can see that Rica fins this more honorable and a better fate than what she is doing.

we should have gotten Brosca & Aeducan travelling to Ostagar and staring daggers at each other the entire time and realising they have to work together to stop the Blight and clashing and fighting and challenging each other and wishing the other didn't survive the joining and having to learn how to fight side by side and feeling their jabs gradually lose bite and tentatively sharing a drink while keeping watch at camp and returning to Orzammar and Brosca offering Aeducan condolences for Endrin's death when they clearly don't mean it but still trying and Aeducan awkwardly attempting to say something genuine after what went down with Leske and making everything worse and surviving the Deep Roads together AND MEETING THEIR BABY NEPHEW and never ever confronting the fact that they're now family and they don't mind and going back to fighting and having screaming matches about who's the one who gets to deal the last blow to the Archdemon

pop health science is so annoying bc it'll be like "did you know? eating strawberries will give you mega cancer" and you're like pfft whatever begone influencer. but sometimes then you'll see a reasonably credible article like "Study Shows Possible Link Between Strawberries and Mega Cancer" and you're not usually the type to follow that kind of thing religiously but idk maybe you should consider not eating strawberries? but then there's another article saying "Strawberry/Mega Cancer Study Debunked" and it turns out the original study had a sample size of 3 and was funded by Big Blueberry, and strawberries may have a small connection to mega cancer but only if you are genetically predisposed to mega cancer and eat 50 strawberries every day. so you return to your strawberry eating life. but whenever you eat strawberries in public someone tells you about the mega cancer.
