Hahaha!
Yup, because you are increasing your forearm and grip strength.
One day, before you know it, you are pulling yourself half way up.
Then.. a full on pull up.
It's a pretty awesome feeling.
Remember when you said you'd be happy if you could just hit your first goal. Then you did.
Then you set another and you reached it.
Be proud and happy of every accomplishment along the way.
You may not be at your UGW - but you have hit some.
Celebrate that and keep working for the next goal.
Do you need me to repeat it?
This is something that always comes to mind when people ask me how I have the time to go train.
Usually after telling me about this show, that show, or spending hours on facebook talking about it.
I always want to point out that you can workout and watch these shows at the same time...
If it's important to you - you will make the time.
The more you enjoy it, the more you want to do it.
It is.
Even with a support group of friends.
It's still totally and completely up to you.
You have it in you.
That should be the power of eating good food.
+ a clean diet.
Change it up every day.
That passion is amazing.
0530 in my case.
Still true.
Word.
That's all that matters.
Simple and true.
