How would listening to them with me make it different than any other time you’ve listened to them? I mean, if you want to try that tactic then I’m certainly not against spending some time with you. I.. I mean like hanging out of course..

I like hanging out with you, too. And well, I suppose if we happened to be dancing to their songs together then I'd begin to associate their music with some pretty wonderful memories. I'm pretty sure they'll play a little bit of One Direction at the dance, no? That's if you're planning to go, of course.

I think the only tolerable song I've heard by them is Midnight Memories, the rest definitely do make me want to punch myself in the face. But who knows, maybe if I were to listen to them with you, you could change my perception of them completely?

I can honestly say I've never had the urge to listen to any of their songs.
