(TRIGGER WARNING: self harm, drug use, and mental health issues)
-She is a trans woman, however she begs Hameko to buy her estrogen as she wastes her money on smokes.
-Her nicotine addiction started when she was in middle school when a student offered her a cigarette.
-Yaniko has severe depression and struggles to empathize with her friends. She covers her lack of empathy with her nicotine addiction. (Like asking Yakuko for her cigarettes instead of checking up on her.)
-Yaniko cannot understand the hype for vapes, she doesn’t enjoy the flavors and will always stay loyal to cigarettes.
-When drunk her and Yakuko will flirt and kiss with each other (hint hint, lesbianism).
-Yaniko eats bugs because it’s easier and doesn’t require cooking.
-She really doesn’t like conflict and will run away when it comes to issues.
-Yakuko was a very troubled kid, often getting into fights with other children during school. She has trouble coping with Borderline Personality Disorder and containing her outbursts.
-Yakuko turns to self harm or drugs to help with her splitting and it seemed to have “worked” until she began to grow addicted.
-I think that when she was high and lashed out at Yaniko, it was BPD splitting alongside with drug induced psychosis.
-The Landlord has been a huge help with Yakuko’s mental health, even though she’s aware of his perversion. Yakuko views him as a father figure and I like to think the Landlord views her as a daughter 😭😭.
-Since she’s a drug addict, she’s been in trouble with the law from it. She also has had public outbursts which led to her arrests. This traumatic experience embarrasses her, and she wants to look past it.
-A healthier way she likes to cope with her BPD is going stag beetle hunting, she tries her absolute best to stop Yaniko from eating the bugs though.
-Yakuko loves Yaniko, and wishes Yaniko would show the same amount of love she gives.
-Hameko is a feminine presenting trans man.
-His favorite vape flavor is bubblegum or strawberry.
-Hameko tries his best to keep a cute femboy presentation and it pisses off Yakuko.
-He posts really odd stuff on his social media to appeal to his gooner audience. Yakuko, Yaniko, and Aruko enjoy drinking and looking at his videos and laughing at them.
-Hameko is fighting tooth and nail to try and find a quick way to change his legal name……. again.
-Due to the money he gets from streaming and from his videos, he helps Yaniko pay for her estrogen. He always kicks the shit out of her when his money is wasted on cigarettes.
-Hameko HATES the smell of cigarettes in his apartment, and will rapidly spray his apartment with air fresheners anytime Yaniko stops by.
-Although he’s a man, he refuses to get on testosterone as he doesn’t want to “tarnish” his petite appearance. He has thought about top surgery in the future, however.
-Has had alcohol poisoning countless times and has been to the hospital numerous times. The doctors all know her.
-Aruko has struggled with health, and will not drink water for the life of her. Due to this, she has stunted growth, hence why she appears so young looking.
-Aruko doesn’t smoke very often, but if she gets to bring booze she’ll join Yakuko or Yaniko for a small smoke break.
-Will wander around while drunk if she’s not tired enough, and Landlord plus Yakuko are always the ones finding her.
-She has booze constantly, she leaves it in her hair and gets pleasantly surprised when she finds it in there.
-Aruko has depression which she copes with through alcohol. When she’s sad, she’ll drink. When she’s happy, she’ll drink. It’s a nonstop ritual.
-Large memory gaps from being constantly drunk.
-When sober she’s quite talkative and enjoys speaking about her interests. I like to think she’s in college for marine biology, and has a large interest in seals.
-She has social anxiety which makes it hard for her to socialize with other people.
-Kaoruko is so happy to have this friend group but often is anxious to go out with them. She doesn’t want to embarrass herself.
-Kaoruko looks up to Yaniko, as Yaniko is very carefree and doesn’t have many worries. Kaoruko envies it, and wishes her anxiety wasn’t so bad.
-When Kaoruko isn’t trying, she can be very humorous and witty.
-Kaoruko has a small crush on Tatsuno, but is often too shy to make a move. That’s why she was acting so flustered and hesitant to be vulnerable as Tatsuno’s model.
-Kaoruko HATES unwanted attention, she get really shaky and sweaty from it.
