How to show your workmate that you want to be friends with him?

If you want to make friends then you have to take a step first. Most of the people wait for others sign, that's why they can't make friends easily. To make friends you don't have to put a lot of efforts in. Just smile and tell them hi! Let them know that you want to talk with them, know them.

Try to know others interests

Another easy way to make friends is to know others interests. People wants to be close with a person who shares the same interest as him. So, first go to a person that have same interest as you, talk with him about that topic. It's the easiest way to start a conversation.

Gain his trust

After talking with him about a certain topic try to discuss other things too. Try to open yourself in front of him. Make sure he is also comfortable and trying to open up.

Give your friendship time

Making friends is easy but keeping friendship is hard. Go slowly. You can't expect  to start a conversation today and be close friends with him the next day. Make sure everything is going well planned and nobody is getting bored.
