I got to participate in a 1.5 hr long conference call with Natalia Rose and team about the juice fast. I posted some key points on facebook and a yummy hearty juice recipe by Kathy Rooks. here are some of her tips!
1.you should be intaking 6-8 16oz servings of juice per day. Afternoons are toughest for me so I drink most of my juice then...I usually don't drink my green lemonade till 11 or 12 anyway. 2. Do not drink any "all Fruit" juices other than the pulp free organic orange juice or fresh squeezed pulp free orange/grapefruit juice. Reason: most women harbor yeast and yeasty bacteria loves sugar!!! Mix your fruit juice with greens. 3. Bulk up your tea!!! Natalia uses 2-3 different tea bags together (ginger, blueberry...) and adds cayenne pepper, lemon, and stevia in a big mug. 4. Colonic first day and end of fast...day 1 and day 4. Some callers couldn't get to a colonic so she suggests get an enema bag and do it everyday. Enema should take 45 min (3-4 bags of distilled water) but you can break it up to 20 minutes in am and 20 in the evening. 5. Natalia said the hardest part for her is Setting the Commitment! At the end of the phone conference, she said a prayer of commitment. It was great, and I'm going all the way. So exciting BTW, we are part of 200 people around the world participating in this juice fast!
