----It was far more than clear that this wasn't supposed to happen like that. Batter only wanted to rest or a bit since his acquaintance had displayed quite the strange symptoms. Possibly an illness? Who knew for sure. He waited patiently outside, sorting through his inventory until he heard a sound behind him, coming from the building where Rowan went in a couple of minutes ago. Upon entering he got surprised by the fact that she got replaced by a child-look alike. At least that was the Messiahs first thought. Batter softly came closer, bat holding firm in one hand. He sat beside the small girl, tilting his head with slight confusion. To be honest, he was more shocked than anything else, especially when the little girl suddenly turned around and practically fell into his lap, chuckling slightly before closing her eyes. He could merely blink before realizing that the child is asleep, on him. What a shame, he wanted to continue his mission. With a soft sigh he simply stared up, waiting for the girl to wake up again.
