Jax made no move to bolt towards the suggestion box, however he kept dangling the envelope. Every few seconds moving it down just so her fingertips could graze it just before snapping it back up.

Jax gestured vaguely towards Ragatha then pulled out an envelope already sealed, “besides from your reaction I can guarantee you love them! So just for you I’ll put in a special request to Caine over a GLORIOUS new adventure!”

Her eye caught the envelope and she flinched, then held herself back from reacting much more. ‘Don't freak out, don't give him the satisfaction’, she told herself. It's not as if Caine ever really listened to their suggestions, anyway, right? (Not that she really wanted to risk it, though.)
