I dont know who needs to hear this but:
Whatever is making you overthink and stress, it isn't that big of a deal. Yes it may feel like it, and every situation is different.
But the world will not end. You will not be hurt again. You will be safe.
I'm sorry you've experienced so much pain that it's lead to you fearing for your life/mental health over things others wouldn't stress about at all.
Just take some deep breaths, and try to relax. This is only a temporary phase in life. This isn't the end. And I'm proud of you for fighting through even when your mind is troubling you like this
