Aaaand another one. I actually made this for Colton, which is why I didn’t really have any shoes that matched, but I thought I’d share it in case anyone else wants to wear it (or stick it in the shop for their villagers). :)

I know this is like, my third AC custom design post in a row but I made another, just in time for the cherry blossom season! It has blossoms all over the front/back/sleeves, although it’s a bit difficult to see them in the bright sunlight.

Doing what I usually do when I don’t have much energy for art, which is slapping bows on random objects. An anchor, this time! ⚓

I’m really excited for ACNH, so I’ve already made my flag! :) I don’t know which colour I’ll use yet but since it’s also a repeatable pattern, I thought it’d be fun to use it for furniture designs too. I have a vague memory of maybe seeing something like this a long time ago, so if anyone knows of an artist who has done a similar design in the past, please let me know so I can credit them! Pictures are transparent (except the single flag design at the top), in case anyone wants to use them for personal use. Reposting because I’m silly and forgot to include the green shells!

Slime! I've wanted to see if I could take any interesting pictures of this slime for a while so I threw it together with some other bits and pieces. I didn't really achieve the effect I wanted, I really should've used my tripod to avoid the blurring. But, it was still fun to take some pictures and mess around on Photoshop.

Blog Name Change

Hi everyone, I'm thinking about changing the name of my blog. I've grown attached to 'Sugar Coated Unicorns' but I'd like something a little bit shorter, although I haven’t 100% decided on an alternative name as of yet. So, I just wanted to let you all know, in case the change causes any confusion (although my logo/header will remain the same until I can make new ones).

Detective Pikachu is super ableist please stop like… Conveniently ignoring that fact? I loved Justice Smith and I loved Ryan Reynolds and seeing all the Pokemon was great but I’m so sick of everyone pretending the movie was flawless when the villain is a disabled man trying to “evolve into a better version of himself” by abusing people and Pokemon so he could be not disabled anymore and the worst part is that this plot is completely unrelated to the plot of the game like the character isn’t disabled in the game and isn’t even the villain in the game…. Idk if he even is in the game but if he is he’s a minor character who isn’t disabled. I didn’t hear a peep about it from anyone who saw it opening weekend like I know y'all hate spoilers but a simple “hey this movie has a really prominent ableist plot specifically against physically disabled people” would be more than enough of a warning but nobody said a god damned word until days after its release and disabled ppl were the only ones I saw talking about it, and only because we were already hurt by it.

Man, I was so excited to see this film, but now I’m a bit disappointed. I’d still quite like to see it but I’m glad I was made aware of the ableism beforehand, I haven’t seen anyone else talking about it so I would’ve been completely unaware if I hadn’t seen this post.

Hi everyone! I don't plan on leaving Tumblr but I do find the new policy very worrying. I have fairly bad social anxiety and, for health reasons, I need to take frequent breaks so I haven't really managed to meet or talk to anyone in-game (although I've only just started playing most, except ESO).
