I worship baked potatoes.
There’s are so many pros to eating potatoes. For example:
-loaded baked potatoes can have all of the necessary nutrients you need and you don’t even need to bake them. Have access to a microwave? You’ll have a meal ready in 10 minutes tops
-they don’t go bad as fast as other produce
-they’re a very sensory safe food, I’ve never felt nauseous eating potatoes
-they’re versatile! Potato soup, French fries, loaded baked potato, smashed potatoes, potato and pea samosas, potato salad, potato galettes, breakfast potato casserole, mashed potatoes, potato rolls, shepherds pie, scalloped potatoes, gnocchi, funeral potatoes, potato quiche, smashed air fried potato that you use instead of bread for your avocado toast to stay full longer,
I could keep going until the internet shriveles up and dies.
Anyways eat some potatoes if you’re a broke college student/idk just need to save money, like seriously I swear by it.
Is it super healthy? Not exactly but it’s better than eating ramen every night especially if you garnish with a protein and veggies.
