I have where, with, nor all to trace myself through the feedback loops of depression as a general phenomenon, yet gut bacteria and trauma are a good starting point. Perhaps start with negative emotion, then, and how more ecstatic people deal with it compared to depressive people. The latter is often better favored. I’m listening to Mitski.
