Everyone is so quick to ask if a physical issue is emotional (which is gaslighting 90% of the time, if not more) but no one cares to ask about emotional issues. It's like "I see" "Yeah" "Aha" "I can only imagine" and other 2-3 words sentences that don't help at all. Like, why were you so concerned about the physical issue being emotional but refuse to talk about an exclusively emotional issue?
