So last week I walked on average 13,000 steps every day, ate within 1400 calories and you know what happened!? I GAINED 1.5 KILOS.

I'm listening to my body and eating when I'm hungry. Not when the clock says so, or by how many calories are in foods.

Well.
It's been a bloody long time. 3 children later and sitting at around 89 kilos. Holy fuck what happened? I well and truly got fat. Never mind. Life happens. Oh did I tell my husband was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer? At 30!??!!? Yep. It's bullshit. I'm not one of those people who looses weight when bad things happen, completely the opposite. So I've set some mind goals for myself 😊 1. Stop binging after dinner 2. Stop binging when I make the kids lunch. 3. Move more, even if it's walking around the yard with the dog. 4. Here's the big one - loose 5 kilos. Currently working on goal 1, I've done ok 3 days in. Wish me luck 👍 Nice to be back 😊
