WHAT:
15 oz kidney beans, rinsed & drained
1 cup couscous, cooked
1 œ tbsp  ketchup
œ tbsp mustard
1-2  tbsp onions, chopped (or Œ onion powder)
œ tsp mrs dash (original flavor)
1 tbsp celery, chopped (optional)
HOW:
Drain & rinse bean.
Mash beans with a hand masher or pulse 3-4 times in food processor.
Mix or pulse in ketchup, mustard, onions, spices & couscous, donât over mix!
Form mixture into a ball shape. Â
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Allow to sit uncover in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to set. Â
Bake balls 18-22 mins or until golden brown.
Serve on romaine or spinach with chopped tomatoes & onions.
