This has nothing to do with anything but I really fucking hate omegaverse. I hate hate hate HATE IT. EVERY SINGLE TIME I GIVE A CHANCE the bottom is always a feminine omega who’s a twink, the top is a buff (taller and bigger in all aspects even the doink) and it’s annoying. I already hate reading abt feminine bottoms bc of how much gay media I read that was pandered to people who fetishized gay men.

I’m not gonna harass anyone if they like omegaverse. I’m friends w a dude who lives off it. But it my perspective, we read abt our fantasies. Patriarchy is not in my fantasy. With omegaverse you basically just take the patriarchy in America (the values of which can still seep through to other countries) and plaster it with the ‘wolf’ dynamics. It’s not any better, because there’s still an annoying power imbalance. People are still discriminated against for something they can’t control. It’s not any better because it has some sort of ‘animal instinct’ or ‘hunger’
