Quite literally the funniest possible thing they could do for the Bend It Like Beckham sequel is to make Jules’ mom (who spends the entire movie in a neurotic state of paranoia, fear & suspicion that her daughter is gay & is dating Jess) end up being right. Like, imagine how funny it would be to see the look on her face when Jess actually DOES kiss her daughter “in broad daylight!”
