...Another silence. Except it lasted longer this time. This Lapis was just one of many...just as Aquamarine wasn’t the only one of her kind. She may be one of the best, the most highest-ranking--but that’s it. Other than that, she’s not unique. Being reminded of that...well, it was like a slap to the face.
