While I haven’t made the next page just yet, something I did get inspired to do recently is finally make a proper Cover for PYC, so, here it is!

Background Showcase.
I went back through and selected Panels where I felt I did a good job with the background, whether if I specifically remember feeling proud during the making, or caught my eye when Captioning the Back Comics.
I also limited the selection to one per Comic.

Bklcbkl and Nozo find something new and mysterious, this time on Pokémon Yellow Comics!
http://pyc.webcomic.ws/
PYC is a pokémon fan-webcomic, best described as a collaboration with my self from now and my teen self given its long run (despite the page count). Its current update schedule is on the 1st of every month. (Or at least, on months I have enough of my stuff together)
Transcript of the Update Image Gag is after the jump!
It’s been a while. Anyway, today a loose end gets addressed in Pokémon Yellow Comics!

This is something I felt I’d do for fun, given it’s PYC anniversary today!
Yes, as a graphic design nerd this kind of thing is fun lol. By the way, the “DD” referred to is Drunkduck, PYC’s original host (it’s called “The Duck Webcomics” now).
Transcript after the break for Screen Reader/other uses of non-image text:
So my next meta-project for PYC is making a cast page. Today I made some sketches that are going towards that.
(I figured sharing these sketches would be okay since the plan is for the final images to be smaller in resolution to fit in a “cast card” format)
Everyone’s pose also fully or partially references relevant official Pokémon art, for nerds like me who love that sort of reference trivia~
[[Bill's abra is at the computer. It's a very 90's setup with a beige bulky monitor. He's using the equally beige mouse to access PYC's website! He goes over the the "Transcript || Show | Hide" option aaand clicks "Show".]] <<nod nod>>
[[Bingo! The transcript is toggled, with a sample of a transcript, which is now available on any Comic in PYC's archives, displayed. Abra and the mouse cursor give a thumbs up of approval!]]

As of today, Pokémon Yellow Comics is now fully transcribed! Every Comic that makes up PYC now has an associated transcript.
Check it out, at any page, over at http://pyc.webcomic.ws/!
Hopefully this is useful for others. I know even though I run an incredibly low-traffic fan-webcomic, one in a sea of many Pokémon fan comics, accessibility is something I want to strive for. It's part of why I started the effort to transcribe all 120 of the back pages in the first place.
I'm happy that I managed to get this done before PYC's birthday, which by the way is in a few days!
Triumph turns into Confusion in today’s Pokémon Yellow Comics!

PYC is a pokémon fan-webcomic, best described as a collaboration with my self from now and my teen self given its long run (despite the page count). My apologies for this page’s lateness. Due to the life circumstances that caused this page to be late, I won’t update in March, but will aim to be on-time for April!
It’s finally time... After an in-real-life decade in this jail cell (though obviously only one night in-story), our heroes leave, in this update to Pokémon Yellow Comics!

Well, your sci-fi experiments do sound weird when you put them like that, Bill... in today’s of Pokémon Yellow Comics!

PYC is a pokémon fan-webcomic, best described as a collaboration with my self form now and my teen self given its long run (despite the page count). Its current update schedule is once every month, on the 1st of every month. Past me wouldn’t have foreseen PYC going on past 2020... But that’s what happens with brain stuff... sometimes. (This month’s is late, but next month’s won’t be. See you in January!)
The jailbreak is almost upon the team, in this Update for Pokémon Yellow Comics!

As my update image edit shows, this was originally a super-long comic broken up into chunks, the reasons for which you can find at this Comic’s Author’s Comment.
PYC is a pokémon fan-webcomic, best described as a collaboration with my self form now and my teen self given its long run (despite the page count). Its current update schedule is once every month, on the 1st of every month. (This month’s is late, but thanks to the split, next month’s won’t be. Also because I split it into 3 instead of 2, next update is December 24th, 2019)
Giving a formal heads up the next PYC will be late. The life situation has been reaching a particularly horrible head which has affected my ability to work on it. I want to say it will probably be out sometime in December, but it depends on how much worse everything gets. I might even have to, if it comes down to it, suspend updates until mid-2020?
I’m sorry to those who have only just gotten on board after I had finally started updating regularly again.
Some touching moments and not-so-touching moments happen in jail in this update for Pokémon Yellow Comics!

The arc that came to take much longer than thought (thanks to the long hiatus that happened partway) is finally over! The past bows out and now the group’s future is upon them!
PYC is a pokémon fan-webcomic, best described as a collaboration with my self form now and my teen self given its long run (despite the page count). Its current update schedule is once every month, on the 1st of every month. (Yes, I managed to get it done within my timezone’s November 1st; this October and Nov 1st was particularly killer for me, hence the close call)
Preview of tomorrow’s new PYC Comic Update! Realized the flashlight here seemed coincidentally fitting for a Halloween thing, so decided to show a bit before the update hits!
Xppo catches up to the “present” day in today’s installment of Pokémon Yellow Comics!

Oh right, I have a tumblr for PYC, why not start using it again? (I’m brainstorming ways to make this sub-blog more active and thus fun, to follow, but for now, update notices)

Edited from a screencap from Comic #124, for use in the author’s notes of Comic #125
Upon finding out about the new tail-surfing Alolan Raichu, and remembering I had a character named Surf who is on a team with a pikachu, this got spawned.
