me and my brother spent like an hour discussing sea monster (luca) science and heres what we concluded

- since they can live in both water and land in sea monster form, they must have gills and lungs. this way when they transform into humans its mostly theyre appearance and not anatomy or whatever.

- this one is still up for debate: if you cut a sea monsters hair in human form, will it look different in fish form? and if you cut it in sea monster form, does it hurt??

- we searched up concept images for transforming into humans and apparently one of their fingers splits because in sea monster form, they have 4 fingers

- HOW DO PANTS WORK WITH THEYRE TAIL ???

- edit: i forgot, theyre amphibious creatures which means baby sea monsters can be like tadpoles, and they develop lungs later on in life
