Oliver Hibert’s “Magic Powers” at Nucleus Portland.
Currently on view at Nucleus Portland in Portland, Oregon is artist Oliver Hibert’s solo exhibition, “Magic Powers.”
From the gallery: “Magic Powers inside of you, inside of me. Magic Powers are all around us encompassing life, exuding death. The soft skin sits crushing the deep void underneath all things above. So Fragile, so fast, spiraling in a kaleidoscopic carnival of color. The dark feeds from the light. In our hands, in our heads and in our hearts. We are the Magic Powers.”
The exhibition will be on view until November 3rd, 2019.

Nicoletta Ceccoli’s “Relazioni Pericolose” at Corey Helford Gallery.
Opening on Saturday, November 2nd, 2019 at Corey Helford Gallery in Los Angeles, California is artist Nicoletta Ceccoli’s exceptional solo exhibition, “Relazioni Percolose.”
Behind each work of “Relazioni Pericolose,” there is a sense of impending jeopardy, as well as seduction. Ceccoli explains that “sometimes, precarious girls entice the man, while in other works, the girls are seduced by evil creatures. These new works embody many of the recurring themes and obsessions that inhabit my universe and reveal my ‘darker sides’: the fear of being hunted, hurt by others or my concerns to lose myself in a relationship, the fear and desire of taking possession of the beloved, the worry to fall under the control of someone else.”
The exhibition will be on view until December 7th, 2019.
