Today i received a comment on Pinterest accusing me of copying a meme because someone else made a very similar version around the same time😭😭 And not only was the probability of two people coming across the same post and connecting it to Armand’s actions in the show very likely given that it kept being posted in the comments of his edits, but also i had ALREADY MADE an Armand meme using that exact post before season 3 was even out. I’m hollering.

a funny little pattern i’ve noticed in the iwtv fandom. While the majority of other characters’ fans will fight tooth and nail to defend them (especially Lestat fans), the Armandcels will just be like “yeah she did that shit”. I’m not saying that there aren’t any Armand defenders out there, but it’s so funny to open the comment sections under his edits filled with self-aware jokes like “he’s only labeled a liar because of all the lies he’s told”, “guys he’s such an innocent 500yr old minor” “Armand de compassionate”. Unserious ass fandom😭😭

It is interesting to talk about that. You know, the plot of the show we’re all watching? It’s fun to discuss. When something is obviously bad and the show hits you over the head with the fact that it’s bad, you do not need to keep reiterating that it’s bad. It’s not complicated.
